Coaching...

DVW Consulting can also provide coaching for individual employees or teams within organisations within the hospitality and leisure sector. The coaching sessions start from a well-defined goal towards which the coachee(s) are guided.

Core elements – Individual coaching sessions

> Are confidential. Trust is the basis for a good coaching relationship. Matters the coachee identifies as being confidential are not raised.
> Must be wanted by the coachee himself. The coachee's will to invest in himself and commit is crucial to achieving a result.
> Are very individually oriented. Every coachee is different and needs a different approach to achieve a predefined result.
Last 1.5 hours to 3 hours. Long enough to have sufficient depth and impact. Not too long to be able to unwind and reflect.
> Are facilitated by an experienced coach. He encourages the coachee to reflect on methods or behaviour, think of alternatives and try them out.

Core elements – Team coaching sessions

> Are clearly framed. Outlining the substantive practical and spatial framework within which the sessions are organised is the basis.
> Start from equality. All participants, regardless of their role or position within the organisation, are equal within the sessions.
> Are for and by all participants. Some are pushed to express themselves and others subdued so that all opinions and feelings are addressed.
> Last 3 hours. Sufficiently long to allow everyone to have a full say, express issues and do exercises.
> Are for groups of up to 12 participants. That way everyone can be observed and everyone can be addressed.
> Are facilitated by an experienced team coach. He encourages coachees to express opinions and feelings, facilitate difficult situations between certain employees or groups of employees and guide their search for a common goal.

Practical

> During an intake interview, the reasons and context for organising the coaching sessions are discussed, as well as the goals the organisation has in mind and the results the organisation wants to achieve from the coaching sessions.
> On this basis, a proposal for the content and timing of the coaching sessions is drawn up.
> After validation of the programme and timing, an introductory e-mail is sent to all participants with an explanation of the set-up, goals and timing.

Investment

> The investment for an individual coaching session is 125 Euro per hour excluding VAT + travel expenses depending on the location.
> The investment for a team coaching session is 1050 Euro excluding VAT + travel expenses depending on the location.
